One of the challenges to the sport of RC racing throughout the years is how to control cost and keep the competition
fun.
The common answer for this issue is a Spec Class. A spec class uses simple, easy to follow rules that usually align
closely to stock specifications (cheap). Racers are challenged by having equal equipment with no financial
advantages (fun).

Racing Change & Schedule
Wednesday: Oval Racing at 7:00 pm. Friday: Road Course Racing at 7:00 pm. Saturday: Oval Racing at 6:00 pm.
Available Classes: 1/36, 1/18 stock, mod & brushless, Mini Late Model, 1/12 stock & mod, 1/10 Sedan stock, mod & brushless, Pan Car stock & Mod, 2 wheel drive trucks, Traxxas Slash fake off-road, and more!
Thanks to some help from Wes & Humpty, the Timing & Scoring system is up and running!
* Heres how it works *
1. Racers now check-in at the track Timing & Scoring station and are input to their race classes.
2. Following sign ups, the schedule of races are posted on the yellow poles. These race schedules are then posted on the two yellow poles so everyone can see when they are racing and how to line up. Exception: Some late entries may not appear on the posted schedule and will need to be penciled in.
3. Driver are called up to the Timing & Scoring station just before their race and are issued a house transponder. The transponder must be mounted in the car, usually hung from the inside of the body using a hole and body clip, and not pointed down through electronics or battery. Also keeping the transponder forward in the car will activate the lap time a little quicker.
4. Immediately follow a race, the drivers return the transponders to the Timing & Scoring station where the cars are impounded while the driver return to the track to be turn marshals for the following race. After drivers have turn marshaled, they can pick up their cars.
5. Races are run using a two heat, and one main event format.
Any conflicts resulting from racing or track incidents must be reported to the Race Director at Timing & Scoring. At no time is any participant or guest confront another driver or guest.

Racing Format - Please Read
Based on what feedback we could gather to improve race operations, we will eliminate transponder use for all
but the necessary classes. This means all kids classes, 2 wheel trucks & buggies, Slash trucks, Monster
trucks & 1/32 will NOT run transponders. These classes will follow a 2 race format and will be charged $5 per
class for non-club members and club members are $5 for as many classes as they want to run. We will do our
best to spot the winners.
Race classes that Do run transponders will remain at $10 and will follow a two heat race, one main event
scenario. Keep in mind that with big numbers of cars in the classes that sometimes it will force two or more
main events so that everyone gets to run a main event and are not excluded. Questions or comments? Please
